PTE designs and manufactures customized BBU Core Packs for integration into AI data center BBU systems and power platforms. Our scope includes pack architecture, BMS integration, high-density battery packaging, thermal safety design support, and production validation—helping system integrators and power OEMs move from design requirements to stable volume production.

Proprietary Intelligent BMS

PTE’s in-house BMS platform combines cell balancing with dynamic charge/discharge algorithms to monitor cell-level voltage and temperature in real time, helping ensure efficient and stable battery performance under high-rate discharge conditions.

Automotive-Grade Safety & Thermal Runaway Propagation

Built on automotive-grade manufacturing and rigorous quality management, PTE’s core packs are engineered with multi-layer thermal runaway propagation propagation, flame-retardant design, and dual hardware/software safety safeguards for AI data center environments.

Global Certification Compliance

PTE products support international certification requirements, including UL, CE, and CB, to meet the compliance expectations of global CSPs and system integrators.

Global Footprint, Localized Reslience

PTE has built a global manufacturing footprint designed around the needs of AI data center customers. With Taiwan and the United States as our primary BBU production hubs, and additional supply chain support from China, we align manufacturing capacity with our customers’ global deployment plans.

By combining each location’s strengths—engineering, automation, localized production, and supply chain flexibility—PTE supports high-voltage battery module manufacturing with scalable capacity, consistent quality, and end-to-end traceability. Backed by more than 200,000 units shipped for semiconductor and industrial UPS lithium battery applications, and more than 20,000 units shipped for data center BBU applications, PTE provides the manufacturing reliability required for fast ramp-up and long-term AI data center deployment.
